Day Camp Confirmation
EVERY CAMPER MUST HAVE A CURRENT HEALTH FORM. WE WILL MAIL THIS TO NEW CAMPERS AFTER RECEIVING REGISTRATION FORM & DEPOSIT. HEALTH FORMS REQUIRE PHYSICIAN'S SIGNATURE. HEALTH FORMS ARE VALID FOR TWO YEARS. PREVIOUS CAMPERS PLEASE CALL THE CAMP DIRECTOR @ 459-3971 TO CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR HEALTH FORM.
Remember that a $50 RESERVATION FEE is required. Remaining balance is due no later than two weeks prior to session. Open House: 1:00pm-4:00pm Sundays, April 5, 19, 26 and May 3
