Beautiful, peaceful and convenient location for a group retreat or meeting. 175 acres overlooking Percy Priest Lake, just 30 minutes from Nashville and Murfreeboro. 

Rates: $15.00 per person per night, includes use of cabins, Dining Hall & Kitchen, multi-purpose Lodge. Dormitory (sleeps 40) $75.00 additional fee. 

Activities offered (Low Ropes Course, 40' Climbing Tower, Zip Line, Canoeing): additional fees apply.

Cabins - Nineteen rustic cabins are available, sleeping up to 10 people each.
Available: March - May / August - November

Bathouses - Three strategically placed throughout the cabin areas, offering hot showers and flush toilets.
Available: March - May / August - November

Dormitory - Heated and air-conditioned. Sleeps up to 40 people, with bathrooms and flush toilets. A separate Group Leader room is available.
Available: March - May / August - November

Dining Hall - Fully equipped kitchen (commercial dishwasher, convection oven, warmer, ice machine and steam table). Heated and air conditioned dining area. Seats 150 people. Daily rental rates are available for meetings and parties.

Lodge - Open building ideal for meetings, dances or other events needing open space. Equipped with a fireplace and a simple stage.

Pool - 39’ X 75’ with low diving board. Certified lifeguards required, provided by YI.
Available: August 

Football/Soccer Field - Regulation size football/soccer field.
Available: March-May and August-October
