Group Rental Rates

Deposit:

• $250 non-refundable deposit required to hold reservation. $150 of the deposit will be applied to the total remaining balance.
• $500 non--refundable deposit required for groups of 100 plus . $300 of the deposit will be applied to the total remaining balance.
• Cancellation will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit amount.

Rental rate:

• $20 per person per night. Minimum 25 guests per night.
• ​Dormitory available for $100 per night, sleeps 40, central heat and air, 2 bathrooms

Includes:

• Dining Hall with commercial kitchen-capacity 125
• Up to 18 open air cabins-each cabin sleeps up to 10 
• Up to 3 Showerhouses
• Lodge- a multi-purpose building with fireplace

Other ammenities included: 1/2 mile walk on our Nature Triail overlooking Percy Priest Lake. Fields for playing kickball or softball, outdoor basketball court, four-square and an area for volleyball or bandmitten. Equipment for games not provided by Y.I.
