Our Facilities

Beautiful, peaceful and convenient location for a group retreat or meeting. 175 acres overlooking Percy Priest Lake, just 30 minutes from Nashville and Murfreesboro. We have hosted a vairety of events. Camp YI is a great place for church retreats, school retreats, weddings, family gatherings and more.

Overnight Rates:

• $200 non refundable deposit required to reserve
• ​$25.00 per person per night, minimum 25 persons per night, includes use of cabins, shower houses, Dining Hall & Kitchen and multi-purpose Lodge. Number of cabins and showerhouses available dependent on the number of guests. 
• Dormitory, sleeps 40, $100.00 additional fee per night. 
• Day rates available for group meetings/gatherings, call for more information

Cabins

Up to eighteen rustic cabins available. Each cabins sleeps 10. Electrical outlets and a fan in each cabin.

Bathouses

Three strategically placed throughout the cabin areas, offering hot showers and flush toilets.

Dormitory

Sleeps up to 40 people.  Two bathrooms. Central heat and air conditioning.

Mess Hall

Dining room seats 125. 
Commercial kitchen (large walk-in refrigerator and freezer, commercial dishwasher, convection oven, warmer, ice machine).
Heated and air conditioned dining area.
Daily rental rates are available for meetings and gatherings.

Lodge

Open building ideal for meetings, dances and gatherings.

Pool

39’ X 75’ with low diving board and slide. Certified lifeguards required, provided by YI.
